Awaken and align to your true power. Hypnosis is a relaxation technique coupled with powerful suggestions introduced to your subconscious while in a hypnotic state. While in the hypnotic state your brain waves change. Positive suggestions, affirmations, and reinforcement are then implanted into your subconscious for your highest good. when in this level of consciousness suggestions become more powerful and your subconscious works for you to achieve and support your goal THINGS YOU CAN USE HYPNOSIS FOR: *Smoking Cessation *Weight Loss * Stress Management *Pain Management * Fears/ Phobias (driving, flying, animals, water, heights, anything really) *Age regression which is used to take you back to tough times or memories you wish to release. Smoking & Weight management it is recommended to commit to the 4 session package offered at a discounted rate. These behaviors are deeply implanted in your psyche and there are a lot of contributing factors as to why your habit is hard to stop. Emotions, convenience, stress, routine, etc are some things that make these habits harder to combat in one session....however, everyone I have worked with has seen results with their outlook, motivation, and habits in 1 session. You get so much insight about who you are and what you really need to be successful on your journey by doing this form of therapy. Can be done in person or remote. Results are the same.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation/reschedule policy states that if you wish to reschedule or cancel your session you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Anything less than 48 hours will result in full loss of payment. Anything under 48 hrs notification doesn’t leave me much time to fill the space and it can result in a loss of wages for my work day. I am very understanding of emergency situations and will use my discernment. Chronic cancellations and reschedules will result in me not being able to put you on my schedule. I have a no refund policy at this time.
